-The bodies of the double homicide victims in Salina were identified as Taryn Dechant and Ernest Jones Jr., who's obituary read he was hoping to be a Kansas Wesleyan football player next year.
- A small plane crashed on I-135 Saturday afternoon, 2 miles north of Salina.
- Last week there was a hit-and-run motorcycle accident in Salina. The driver was injured and left the scene of the accident. The passanger victim was left unconcious at the side of the road, she is in critical condition. The diver was found and an arrest will be made pending the girl's condition.
- The KWU Chorale will be taking their annual tour across Kansas starting this weekend.
- The speech team hosted a public debate against two European debaters on Sunday afternoon. The debate was over age limits for drinking.
