From the recent Israel/Hezbollah conflict in southern Lebanon to the insurgents in Iraq's Sunni Triangle to the repeated efforts by Islamic fascists across the globe trying to trump September 11th, what lessons about terrorism should we in the West relearn?

I used to hope that the price of gas would never get higher than the price of milk, but it happened. When I was in high school, I nearly broke into a fit of frustration when I filled my tank and saw the total price at $29 or more. These days, as I ride by the gas stations on my bicycle, I look at the price of gas and am glad that I don't have a car.
