I love a convenient dinner. For me, premium taste isn't always the number one factor in deciding what to eat. I like food that's easy to make, cheap, and holds lots of sodium.
I do have my limits, though. When I eat ramen, I limit myself to a pack per day. If I were to eat more than that, I would probably put myself at too high of a risk for arterial clogging. If I were a monarch, I would encourage my friends/subjects to keep ramen noodles on hand for a quick snack…Hopefully, the higher demand wouldn't cause the rising of prices. What's the point? Well, I'd like my subjects to feel connected to me, and what better way than for them to think, "Hey, I'm eating like the king!" to themselves when they're eating ramen? Feeling connected to one's subjects, I reckon, is one of the best ways to build trust.
But, I wouldn't stop at the eating of ramen noodles in my efforts to get my subjects to feel diet-ically connected to me. Every fourth month, the first full week would be referred to as National Catabolic Foods Week. This week would promote healthy ingestion habits. What are catabolic foods? To put it simply, catabolic foods are those that take more energy for one's body to digest than the energy that one's body receives from them. I would heavily promote this national week of awareness, and I believe that this ascension of cognizance of the virtues of these healthy foods will encourage people to eat them on a regular basis. Such a practice would, hopefully, create a nation of people who feel good about themselves, or, at the very least, are satisfied that they are making some concentrated efforts to be healthy.
To practice these positive habits so that you'll be well-rehearsed for National Catabolic Foods Week if I become monarch, check out this web page on catabolic foods. It contains a list of over sixty catabolic foods as well as suggestions on how to spread the eating of them
