KWU soccer players reach for the next level
During the Spring semester of 2007, the Coyote men's soccer team has sent three seniors to try out for, and experience, the A-League atmosphere. A-League is a semi-professional league in the United States that is just one step under major league soccer, the MLS.

Berry, teammates volunteer at school
Kansas Wesleyan's basketball team member Josh Berry gives his time and talents to the community by helping out at Cottonwood Elementary School. It is important to note that the Kansas Wesleyans boys' basketball team, as a whole, gives back. Each week throughout this school year, three or more players from the team volunteer at Cottonwood Elementary School to help out in the class, read a book, or just to hang with the kids.

New gym will benefit KWU
Kansas Wesleyan's new student life center will contain a new multi-purpose gym that will host volleyball and men's and women's basketball games. The new gym will sit across from Memorial Library along Claflin Ave., and will stand alongside the old Muir gym, which is to remain standing after completion of the building project.

Waterman among nation's top throwers

Waterman among nation's top throwers
On March 24th, Amy Waterman qualified for the NAIA outdoor national championships in the shot put with a throw of 43-feet, 6 inches at the Swede Invitational, hosted by Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kan. This mark has placed her as the top thrower in the nation so far this outdoor season.
