Coyotes baseball team sweeps Tabor
Kansas Wesleyan won its fourth straight game, and posted its second KCAC doubleheader sweep in a row as the Coyotes knocked out the Tabor Bluejays 6-1 and 6-1 on Monday night at Dean Evans Stadium. The Coyotes came out swinging from the start of their double-header against Tabor, and went on to win the first game 6-1.

Stadium field renovation in planning

Kansas Wesleyan University is planning to renovate a new and exciting stadium field completed with turf. The university's personnel is planning and hoping to have this project finished within the next few years. "I think having turf as our new field will be a great addition to the soccer program," stated KWU women's soccer player Angela Padilla.

Coker throws no-hitter in game one of sweep
Kansas Wesleyan threw two shutouts against Southwestern College on Monday night at Bill Burke Park. The Coyotes blanked Southwestern 3-0 and 2-0. The big story of the night however was Ashley Coker's no hitter in the first game. Coker was nearly perfect as she only allowed two baserunners all night.

Two of KWU's basketball players have gone pro for Kansas Cagerz
KWU basketball standouts Marcus Faubion and Anothy Smith will be teammates at the next level. Both Faubion and Smith will play for the USBL Kansas Cagerz this season. Both players have started practice with the team and are looking forward to their first pro season.
